Afternoon Delight

Do any of you have a special time in your day that is more meaningful than any other? You know, the time of day when things are just right for a little “Afternoon Delight”. Well that same rule applies to your friendly Kaw lovin guides at Up a Creek. So come along on another adventure and share your special time with us by floating down the Kaw for a little afternoon delight.
This special afternoon is Saturday September the 15th. We are hoping for a lot of sunshine, blue skies and cool waters that the Kaw renowned for supplying. The float will start at 12:00 p.m. at the Rising Sun boat ramp at the Perry/Lecompton Bridge. This will only be a 6-mile float so we will be caravaning to Jay’s and float back down to the Rising Sun. You will need plenty of water and any other beverages that you plan on consuming. Even though this will be a shorter run bring along some munchies always, a hat, some sunscreen.
This float is full so if you would like to come along you will need to bring your own canoe which we would be glad to transport for you.
